WATER SERVICE RATES
REVISED DECEMBER 2023
GENERAL WATER RATES
Basic monthly charge rates are for 5/8 x ¾ meters.
$57.00 per month basic charge per residence. Above Intertie charges are $68.00 a month.
Water rates are $2.50 per thousand up to 12,000 gallons a month, $4.50 per thousand over 12,001 gallons a month and $6.50 per thousand over 25,001 gallons a month. Industrial rates are on chart below.
Definition of a residence: a single-family home, designed for year around living. If 2 or more residences are found on a single meter, (3/4) three quarters of the monthly basic charge shall be charged for each additional residence.

Definition of a Park: A publicly owned or privately owned area of land denominated as a community park and open to the public with facilities for rest, recreation and enjoyment without a charge.

Meters are installed close to the main line on private property.

Meters installed in developer supplied meter boxes with setters will be charged $500 for a standard 5/8x3/4 meter. Larger meters will add to the cost of the meter.
Additional charges will be made for installations involving road crossings, asphalt repair or other non-standard installations.

Meter testing at customer request......................$80.00 if found to be working properly No charge if found to be misreading
Bank dishonored checks...............................................$35 service charge.
A 24 hour disconnect notice will be given to the customer as soon as notice of a check not being honored by the bank is received by the District.
